Agricultural Equity Act of 1988 - Amends the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act to provide for a specified 1988 increase for on-farm wheat and feed grain storage rates if commercial storage rate increases for Commodity Credit Corporation wheat and feed grains are approved.
