Amends the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Act of 1983, as amended by the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act, to extend the temporary emergency food assistance program (TEFAP), including storage and distribution authorizations, through FY 1990.
Increases the amount of TEFAP funds for emergency feeding organizations.
