National Agricultural Library Act - Establishes in the Department of Agriculture the National Agricultural Library to serve as the Nation's primary agricultural information resource.
Sets forth Library functions, including information acquisition and distribution, and inter-library coordination.
Establishes the National Agricultural Library Advisory Council. Includes among the nonvoting members the Librarian of Congress.
Authorizes the Library to make and sell agricultural-information products and related services.
Authorizes appropriations.
