A bill to provide that the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act and the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, shall apply to employees at the Metropolitan Washington Airports, and for other purposes.

Amends the Metropolitan Washington Airports Act of 1986 (the Act) to provide that the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act and the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947 shall apply to employees at the Metropolitan Washington Airports covered by the Act.

Provides that, subject to such amendment, any labor organization that is the exclusively recognized representative of any group of such employees shall remain the exclusive representative.
