A bill to authorize the acquisition of the Old City Post Office in the District of Columbia by the Architect of the Capitol.

Requires the Architect of the Capitol to acquire the Old City Post Office building in the District of Columbia from the United States Postal Service for use as a Senate and House of Representatives office facility.

Establishes the Commission for the Acquisition of the Old City Post Office to direct the Architect of the Capitol in such acquisition.

Authorizes appropriations.

Requires the Architect of the Capitol to report to the Appropriations Committees of the House and the Senate on the status of renovations and repairs to the Old City Post Office building.
