A bill to amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to donate or transfer FmHA inventory farmland to Federal and State wildlife authorities, and for other purposes.

Amends the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer or donate Farmers Home Administration inventory land, or interests therein, if the land is marginal, environmentally sensitive, or of administrative importance, for Federal or State wildlife conservation purposes.
