Increases the authorization of appropriations for the Sewall-Belmont House National Historic Site, District of Columbia.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior: (1) in order to provide a framework for the management, preservation, and interpretation of the site, to develop a Statement for Management, a Statement for Interpretation, a Scope of Collections Statement, and a Historical Structures Report; and (2) to transmit these documents to specified congressional committees.
Directs the National Park Service to enter into negotiations with the owner of the Sewall Belmont House to prepare a revised cooperative agreement detailing each of the party's responsibilities and to transmit such agreement to the appropriate committees within 30 days after its execution.
