A bill to provide for the reduction of carbon monoxide emissions from gasoline powered motor vehicles through the use of oxygenated fuels in the District of Columbia.

Requires Class A motor fuel sold after 1987 for motor vehicles in the District of Columbia to have at least a two percent oxygen content by weight. Terminates such requirement when the District of Columbia certifies that it has attained the national ambient air quality standard for carbon monoxide.
