1988 Olympic Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to issue a specified number of gold and silver coins emblematic of the participation of American athletes in the 1988 Olympic Games.
Sets forth certain features of the coins and provides for their sale and issuance. Requires all sales to include specified surcharges. Requires all surcharges to be paid to the United States Olympic Committee. Terminates the minting of the coins on December 31, 1988.
