Summary

Directs the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, no later than October 1, 1993, to construct or acquire facilities for a new Veterans Administration medical center on the island of Oahu in the State of Hawaii.

Authorizes the Administrator to acquire such land and facilities as necessary to carry out this Act.
