Amends Federal provisions relating to veterans' medical care to authorize the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to assist in providing recreational activities which would further the rehabilitation of disabled veterans if: (1) such activities are available to disabled veterans on a national basis; and (2) a significant percentage of participating individuals are eligible for veterans' rehabilitative services.
Authorizes the Administrator to accept contributions from organizations for the support of such national recreational activities, and to allow such supporting organizations to advertise the activity or their participation therein if: (1) the Administrator has approved such advertisement; and (2) such advertisement makes it clear that any product or commercial line of such organization has not been endorsed by the Veterans Administration.
