A bill to amend the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended, to extend authority for financing cooperative exports and imports.
Agricultural Trade Financing Act of 1987 - Amends the Farm Credit Act of 1971 to make financing authority permanent for certain entities in connection with the import and export activities of specified cooperatives. (Under current law such authority expires September 30, 1990.)
