A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding, the denial of a visa to a Member of Congress by the People's Republic of China.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should cease issuing any visas to officials of the Government of the People's Republic of China (except those in the diplomatic service) until China approves visas without delay for all Members of Congress who have requested them.
