Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) Universal Studios cancel the release of the film "The Last Temptation of Christ"; and (2) those individuals who find such film morally objectionable ask their local theaters and film distribution companies not to show it and refuse to patronize Universal Studios and those businesses associated with the film if it is released as scheduled.
