A resolution expressing the sense of the House that the Governor of the State of California, or the California State Parole Board, or both, should take actions within their power to bring about the immediate release from prison of Elmer "Geronimo" Pratt.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) Elmer "Geronimo" Pratt did not receive a fair trial because of Federal Bureau of Investigation interference; (2) congressional inquiries are warranted to prevent repetitions of this miscarriage of justice; and (3) the Governor of California and/or the California State Parole Board should take actions to bring about the release of Elmer "Geronimo" Pratt.
