A resolution providing for the consideration of the bills (H.R. 2272 and H.R. 2273) to amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from making certain grants to any public entity established by a State that does not by law establish certain reporting and testing requirements with respect to acquired immune deficiency syndrome.
