A bill to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to enforce certain food labeling requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act for packaged foods sold by certain restaurants.

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to require certain restaurants which sell packaged food to label such food or display a prominent notice containing information required under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
