A bill to study Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island, including its appropriateness for inclusion as a unit of the National Park System.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to study and report to the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs on the appropriate means to ensure the continued preservation and public use of the historic Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island, including the appropriateness of including it as a unit of the National Park System.

Authorizes appropriations.
