Farm Credit Enhancement Act of 1987 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to guarantee pools of qualified agricultural mortgage loans and to provide for the issuance of securities representing interests in such pools by approved agricultural loan facilities.
Sets a specified ceiling on outstanding guarantee authority.
Terminates guarantee authority five years after enactment of this Act.
Authorizes the Secretary to fund such guarantees through obligations issued to the Treasury.
