A bill to require the Secretary of Defense to disclose all biological agents used in (or the subject of) research, development, testing, or evaluation which is conducted under the Biological Defense Research Program.

Requires the Secretary of Defense, no later than 60 days after the end of a fiscal year, to publish a list in the Federal Register of all biological agents studied or used in, or the subject of, research under the Biological Defense Research Program during such fiscal year.

Exempts from the list agents whose disclosure would involve classified information. Requires the Secretary to prepare a classified list and submit such list to the Congress no later than the publication date of the unclassified list for such fiscal year.
