Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to implement specified highway demonstration projects in Youngstown, Ohio, and in Trumbull County Ohio. Authorizes appropriations for such projects for FY 1989.
Stipulates that the Federal share of such project costs shall be 60 percent.
Authorizes the Secretary to implement construction projects in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties, and in Warren, Ohio.
