Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to extend coverage to include expenses incurred in providing a Papanicolaou test or a mammogram for the diagnosis of uterine or breast cancer, if the individual receiving the test has not had such a test on a routine basis during the preceding six months.
