Camp W.G. Williams Land Exchange Act of 1988 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to revoke applicable public land orders or withdrawals, to terminate classifications, and to take such other actions as the Secretary determines necessary to consummate an exchange of specified lands in Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah.
