A bill to extend the moratorium on reconnaissance studies of plans for the importation of water into the Colorado River Basin from certain other basins.

Amends the Colorado River Basin Project Act to extend for a period of ten years from the date of enactment of this Act the moratorium on reconnaissance studies of plans for the importation of water into the Colorado River Basin from certain other basins.
