A bill for the relief of Lawrence R. Machado.

Deems the rheumatoid arthritis of a named individual, for purposes of eligibility for veterans' disability compensation, to be a service-connected disability resulting from active service in the U.S. Army during a specified period. Declares any amounts payable as such compensation to be in full satisfaction of any claim against the United States such individual may have relating to such disability.
