A bill to eliminate unnecessary and redundant data requirements requested by states or the federal government under the "Registration of Pesticides -- Additional Data to Support Existing Registration" (7 U.S.C. 136a(c)(2)(B)) -- section of our pesticide laws.

Amends the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to provide that whenever one or more States or Federal agencies request certain tests in support of a pesticide registration, they must coordinate and synchronize such tests so as to avoid unnecessary repetition and redundancy. Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to promulgate rules with respect to the development and implementation of such coordination.
