A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to remove the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture to reduce the level of price support applicable to milk.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to repeal authority for certain milk price support reductions in 1989 and 1990.

Increases the amount of estimated purchases necessary to trigger such price reductions for 1988.
