A bill to amend section 558 of the Tax Reform Act of 1984 with respect to the treatment of certain collective bargaining agreements.

Amends the Tax Reform Act of 1984 to extend from September 26, 1980, to June 12, 1982, the date by which a specified employer (Master Chemical Company) in Ohio may withdraw from a multiemployer pension plan and still have its liability to the plan voided.
