A bill designating the Pratt River as a wild river.

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of the Pratt River, Washington, as a wild river. Requires revisions to the Alpine Lakes Management Area plan of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest to ensure protection of the natural values of the segment, including trout fisheries, wildlife habitat for elk and mountain goat, and old growth forests.
