Student-Athlete Right-to-Know Act - Requires institutions of higher education receiving Federal assistance to provide certain information with respect to the graduation rates of student-athletes. (Includes information on fields of study, race, and sex under such requirement.)
Requires such institutions to report such information annually to the Secretary of Education and to include it in their letters of intent to prospective students who are candidates for athletic scholarships.
Directs the Secretary to compile and publish a report containing such information.
