A bill to direct the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a cooperative agreement under which the International Peace Museum shall be operated and maintained at the Justin Smith Morrill Building in Washington, District of Columbia.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Board of Directors of the International Peace Museum for the Board to operate and maintain the Museum at the Justin Smith Morrill Building, located at the Southeast corner of 15th Street and Independence Avenue Southwest, Washington, D.C.

Authorizes appropriations.
