A bill to provide for the protection of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Vietnam Veterans Memorial Protection Act of 1988 - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to direct the Director of the National Park Service to provide for the constant presence of law enforcement officers at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Allows the Secretary to accept and use any donated funds for such purpose.
Authorizes appropriations.
