War on Drug Smuggling Act - Allows the Secretary of Defense to provide military personnel and equipment to the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Customs Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Federal Aviation Administration for the detection and interdiction of unlawfully transported controlled substances.
