Allows Department of Justice Assets Forfeiture Fund proceeds to be used to provide rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any individual for the unlawful sale, or possession for sale, of a controlled substance or a controlled substance analogue.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to retire all circulating U.S. notes of the denomination of $100. States that such notes shall cease to be legal tender on a date to be determined by the Secretary. Directs the Secretary to: (1) issue newly designed $100 notes; (2) provide a period for exchanging the retired notes; and (3) record the name, address, and social security number of any holder who exchanges notes having a value of $5,000 or more. Requires the Secretary to provide such information to Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies.
