A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to provide for mandatory random drug testing for Federal probationers.
Federal Probation Drug Testing Act of 1988 - Amends the Federal criminal code to establish as an explicit condition of a sentence of probation that the court require the defendant to refrain from any use of any controlled substance during the term of probation. Permits probation officers to provide for the random drug testing of probationers.
