A bill to suspend reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders and other determinations under title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930 regarding pistachio nuts during the period when an embargo is in effect with respect to that product.

Prohibits the administering authority or the International Trade Commission from reviewing antidumping or countervailing duty orders covering the importation of pistachio nuts during the period when an embargo is in effect with respect to such product.
