A bill to suspend reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders and other determinations under title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930 regarding any product of a country during the period when an embargo is in effect with respect to that product.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to prohibit the administering authority or the International Trade Commission from reviewing antidumping and countervailing duty orders covering any product of a country during the period when an embargo is in effect with respect to such product.
