A bill to require each State that receives a grant for adult education pursuant to section 304(a) of the Adult Education Act to reserve not less than 10 percent of funds provided under the grant for corrections education and education for other institutionalized individuals.
National Correctional Education Assistance Act - Amends the Adult Education Act to require that at least ten percent of the funds granted to any State under specified provisions of such Act be used for corrections education and education for other institutionalized individuals.
Sets forth authorized programs for such education.
