Grants congressional consent to the Southern States Energy Compact and to certain supplementary agreements entered into pursuant to such Compact.
Identifies the following as eligible party States: Arkansas; Alabama; Georgia; Delaware; Florida; Kentucky; Louisiana; Oklahoma; Puerto Rico; Virgin Islands; Maryland; Tennessee; Mississippi; Missouri; North Carolina; South Carolina; Texas; West Virginia; and Virginia.
Repeals a specified Act granting the consent of the Congress to the Southern Interstate Nuclear Compact.
