Commission on Racially Motivated Violence Act of 1988 - Establishes the Commission on Racially Motivated Violence to: (1) investigate racially motivated violence; (2) make recommendations regarding issues related to such violence; (3) consult with representatives of groups interested in protecting minority rights; and (4) collect and analyze information concerning such acts of violence.
Directs the Commission to prepare a report: (1) specifying the results of such investigation; and (2) containing recommendations to reduce such violence. Requires the Commission to transmit the report to the President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President pro tempore of the Senate not later than one year after the first Commission meeting. Terminates the Commission 60 days after submission of such report.
Authorizes appropriations for each fiscal year in which the Commission is in existence.
