Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site and Preservation District Redevelopment Act of 1987 - Establishes in the Treasury a revolving fund, the Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site and Preservation District Redevelopment Fund, to make loans to assist in financing redevelopment in the Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site and Preservation District in Atlanta, Georgia, by the Auburn Area Revitalization Committee, Inc. Sets forth Fund loan and termination procedures. Authorizes appropriations.
