A bill to eliminate notarization requirements for absentee voting documents submitted by absent uniformed services voters for Federal elections, and for other purposes.

Declares that an absent uniformed services voter shall not be required to appear before a notary public or other officer as a condition for submission of an absentee voting document for a Federal election. Requires such absentee ballots to be counted by State officials if they are received before completion of the final canvass of voters of the final count of votes.
