A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase to $7,560 in the case of an individual under age 65, and to $10,080 in the case of an individual age 65 or over, the amount of outside earnings which is permitted in 1987 (subject to further increases in subsequent taxable years under the automatic adjustment provisions) without any deductions from his or her benefits.
