A bill to establish a Federal Courts Study Commission on Judicial Administration.
Federal Courts Study Commission Act of 1987 - Establishes the Federal Courts Study Commission on Judicial Administration.
Describes the duties, membership, and powers of the Commission.
Directs the Commission to: (1) evaluate the procedures, staffing, and administration of the courts of the United States; (2) make recommendations for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of such courts; and (3) report such recommendations to the President and the Congress within two years after the effective date of this Act.
Terminates the Commission 60 days after the submission of such report.
Authorizes appropriations.
