A bill to subject certain nationals or citizens of the United States to the jurisdiction of the United States district courts for their crimes committed outside the United States and to provide for the apprehension, restraint, removal, and delivery of such persons.
Foreign Crimes Act of 1985 - Amends the Federal criminal code to subject any national or citizen of the United States serving with, employed by, or accompanying U.S. armed forces outside the United States to the jurisdiction of U.S. district courts for crimes committed outside of the United States.
Sets forth procedures for the: (1) apprehension, restraint, and removal of such persons; and (2) issuance of search warrants.
