A bill to provide for adjustment of status of certain Polish nationals who arrived in the United States before the end of the period of martial law in Poland and who have continuously resided in the United States since before the end of the period.
Polish Permanent Resident Adjustment Act of 1987 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize the adjustment of status to permanent resident for certain Polish nationals who have continuously resided in the United States since July 21, 1984.
Requires such aliens to apply for status adjustment within two years of enactment of this Act.
