A bill to amend chapter 89 of title 18, United States Code, to provide penalties for nondisclosure of serious concealed dangers by certain business entities and personnel.
Corporate Criminal Liability Act of 1987 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide criminal penalties for: (1) the nondisclosure (by persons having management authority or significant responsibility for the safety of a product or business practice) of serious concealed dangers that are subject to the regulatory authority of a Federal agency; and (2) discriminating against any person in the terms or conditions of employment because such person informed a Federal agency or warned employees of a serious concealed danger associated with a product or business practice.
