Bankruptcy Antifraud Act of 1987 - Amends Federal bankruptcy provisions to make nondischargeable any debt arising from a judgment, consent agreement, or claim requiring an individual debtor to make restitution as a result of a violation of a civil or criminal law enforceable by an action of a governmental unit.
