Authorizes additional appropriations for the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge, California.
Requires that certain land and water in the Quillayute Needles National Wildlife Refuge and the Flattery Rocks National Wildlife Refuge, Washington, be administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for refuge purposes under the national wildlife refuge system. Requires the Service to seek law enforcement assistance from the National Park Service to protect the ecological resources of these Refuges.
Amends the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966 to authorize the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to utilize the personnel and services of other agencies for law enforcement assistance.
