Farm Base Acreage Flexibility Act of 1987 - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to require the Secretary of Agriculture, upon producer request, to increase wheat, feed grains, rice, and cotton crop acreage bases. (Current law authorizes the Secretary to provide for such increases.)
Increases maximum base adjustments from ten percent to 20 percent.
